'Window on the UK 2000' and 'Window on the World' together represent a unique multimedia reference aid for Earth observation. They have captured the interest of all types of users (from education to business to other interested individuals) and are used in over 60 countries. Both acclaimed (free) CDROMs are still available from BNSC.

Many people have discovered that unlike most free CDROMs, the CDs contain comprehensive information that make the CDs ideal for reference purposes - to come back to time and time again.
